Talent rating shows person number on the field "created by" , we want the name of the employee too

Talent rating shows person number on the field "created by" , we want the name of the employee too when a reviewer finish his "preparation content review"

Content (required)

When we are running a talent review meeting , when a reviewer is submitting his preparation content review the talent rating related is updated for the employee for example "risk of loss" or "impact of loss". This is ok , the behaviour is expected , but the customer wants the name of the reviewer on the sections too.

Did Anyone had experience the same requirement ?
