Employee info ownership
Have a few questions on business process below regarding employee information
please share your practice to the questions below.
1. Which department has ownership of the new hire employee information and responsible for entering this information into the Oracle Cloud applications?
2. If you use the Recruiting module, do you capture the applicant's address, demographics, SSN in the recruiting module and does it pass thru to Oracle HCM? Are these fields required for the applicant to enter and ensure that the information is complete before an application can be submitted?
3. What about applicants that come thru LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruiting sites, how do you process that information into Oracle Recruit or Oracle HCM?
