Credit card capturing & pre-auth on Service request

We are interested in collecting credit card information and payment preferences within the context of B2B service requests. Additionally, we aim to incorporate a payment gateway that allows for pre-authorization of credit cards by service agents on the customer's behalf which authorise the payment for credit hold. also want to know the implication on order and billing for the same.
