Update Freight charges component of sales Order

Summary:

Hi Gurus,

Is there a way to override freight charges component of a sales order like we have the options for sale price like discount,markup, override price etc. I can see the pencil icon for price but for not the freight component. If not from UI can we update the freight component via rest API.
