Unable to fetch pending approval details for skill section

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have created the DFF fields in the skill section under the Skills and Qualifications page and once the employee updates the dff field it is going for the manager's approval.

When I am fetching the data for the skill page, I am able to fetch the data once the manager approves the transaction but I am unable to fetch the data before the approval i.e when the transaction is in pending status. This DFF field data is also not showing in the approval flow.

I need to fetch the dff column data before the approval and we need to send that data to the respective managers
