Redwood - HR Helpdesk - Email Profile Option

Hi

I need to draw on your expertise. We are currently on version 23C of Redwood HR Helpdesk of a new implementation.

The profile option SVC_OUTBOUND_EMAIL_FROM is set to noreply@oracle.com.

Does the profile option need to be changed to a noreply email address to reflect the companys name. If a new no reply email address is required does this no reply email address need to be validated by Oracle?
