Hi Experts.

Thankyou for your time. I need some guidance regarding Redwood HR helpdesk.

The customer has a requirement for the employee to be able to reply to emails sent by the hr helpdesk agent from within the request. The reply should not create a new request. It should update the request that the email was sent from. Currently when an agent emails the employee from within the HR Helpdesk the from address is the noreply email address.

Is this possibe? Or would it require a customisation?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
