No OCI Access - Default Email and Password Changed

Summary:

This morning I received two emails, the first being an email that "The Password for Your Domain Default in ___ Account Has Been Updated Successfully" and two minutes later another email that "Your domain Default Email in ___ Has Been Updated". The email informs me to contact my administrator, which was me. I'd like to have my account reset or deleted.

Content (required):

This was a free tier account that I set up a little more than a year ago to try out for a project. I'd like to know how to get the account login information reset or just deleted as I have no way of resetting or deleting anything with the email being changed. I'm also concerned since to set up a free tier account a credit card number needed to be provided and I want to make sure that no charges will occur.
