Ability for Technician to have a solution for massive Photo Uploads

Hi,

Ability for Business to have a solution for massive Photo Uploads to be taken care by Technician Mobility app where Number of Pictures can range from few to thousands (Last Year highest picture upload was 824 for just 1 Work Order) for different types of Work/Activities they perform.

Technician capture these pictures corresponding to Labels and can also save to custom Labels if required.

System should have capability to take camera Pics in offline mode, get saved and pictures should sync back to server once system is available.

Can we please have any suggestion from anyone on above please?
