Corporate performance management based on goals
corporate performance management -
client has 11 departments. every department will have a particular set of goals (every department will have different n number of goals)
only the director of each department will be eligible to have these goals.
for example:
HR Dept - diretor will have following goals:
1. HR Dept goal 1
2. HR Dept goal 2
3. HR Dept goal 3
4. HR Dept goal 4
Finance Dept - director will have following goals:
1. Finance Dept goal 1
2. Finance Dept goal 2
3. Finance Dept goal 3
4. Finance Dept goal 4
sales Dept - Director will have following goals:
1. Sales Dept goal 1
2. Sales Dept goal 2
3. Sales Dept goal 3
4. Sales Dept goal 4
Evaluation will be as following -
