I think someone from Oracle has to reset the account accesses, would anyone from Oracle help me with that?

My account has been hijacked several months ago, and I cannot login

My account has been hijacked several months ago. I'd like to recover it, but I had no success trying to recover the account. My tenant name is "danim".

Please note:

1. I have no access to the account. Apparently, the hijacker changed the recovery email. I cannot log in, nor can I recover the password with the “forget my password” or contact my administrator (that would be me)
