Unable to see the list of Employees when assigning Journey

Summary: I am trying to assign a journey that is visible to me under My client Group>>Journeys>>Explore>>Person.

I have enabled the profile options ORA_FND_SEARCH_EXT_ENABLED

and HRC_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED. Thereafter tested the issue, but its still persists and no LOV appears. Please suggest.
