I can't see all the Lead Processing Activities submitted from Manage Lead Processing Activities

When we go to Manage Lead Processing Activities task we can't view any process only the processes submitted by my user. But the customer says they have a pair of this processes active.

How could we see all Lead Processing Activities process? It is needed a specific role to see all them?

Content (required):

We need to review all the Lead processing activities configured by all users, because some Leads records ends with conflicts. So we need to identify how much proccess exits and what criterias and submit conditions are they using.
