What tool to utilize to report on ICPs which are under approval?

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to report on ICPs which are still under approval. The ICP subject Area or the BIP on Element Entry table does not help. The Transaction Console also wont show the Input Values. What is the best possible solution to report on this requirement?
