Server error when submitting Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR process

Each time we are submitting the Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR process, the following server error is appearing.

When we refresh the page and proceed to check the submitted process, we notice that it has been submitted successfully.

Kindly advise why this server error keeps appearing, even if the process is being submitted successfully and how to prevent it from appearing again?
