Hello All,

We are implementing High Volume Order Promising in a hybrid mode. We have EBS as source where master data and transactions happen. We will have planning in cloud along with GOP. We have a few questions in this regard.

  1. Do we still need to run refresh and start order promising server processes regularly?
  2. We understand that we will not be able to use source based promising with EBS as source. Please correct our understanding if need be.
  3. There are multiple plans which run regularly and items are common in these plans. Which plan would be used to consider planned order supplies by GOP?
