My server instance has been stopped and I receive a message like this:

Traffic Details: Crypto or Cyber-Currency Coin-Mining Activity

But I don't use my server for crypto-mining, just for my web apps. I am a free-tier user and I can't talk to a support assistant. How can I reactivate my server?
