SFTP bursting to home directory

Hi All

We have an issue delivering files to "\" directory for a vendor.. There are no sub directories and oracle documentation mentioned \ should not be used. and when no directory is given it fails with Property name :[SFTP_REMOTE_DIRECTORY] missing.

Any help is appreciated.
