Symptoms:

/var/log/secure logs show these errors:

Jun 30 00:55:42 server sudo: oracle-cloud-agent : TTY=unknown ; PWD=/var/lib/oracle-cloud-agent ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/bin/systemctl is-active unified-monitoring-agent_config_downloader.timer
Jun 30 00:55:43 server sudo: pam_unix(sudo:auth): auth could not identify password for [oracle-cloud-agent]
Jun 30 00:55:45 server sudo: oracle-cloud-agent : command not allowed ; TTY=unknown ; PWD=/var/lib/oracle-cloud-agent ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/opt/wlp-agent/bin/wlp-agent --version

Cause:

This problem is a defect with Oracle Cloud Agent version 1.34.0-9617.el7.x86_64 and lower.
