does anyone using custom email address in IDCS PaaS version?

Summary:

Is there any way to customize sender email address in IDCS PaaS version using IDCS admin console Settings > Notifications > From Sender > custom email configuration.

Currently we receive mail from "OPCNS-BOUNCES-EM2_WW@oracle.com" if we put custom sender email address.

We have already raised SR to seek help from product team but if anybody had already done it then any quick guidance on this area will be of great help.
