IDCS for OIC 3 is upgraded to identity domain, now how to configure trusted app ?

Hi Experts

I wanted to configure trusted app in IDCS to access OIC 3 REST API's but when I go to the admin console for idcs it shows message that it has been now upgraded to Identity domain in OCI. But below documentation doesn't have details on configuring trusted app in identity domain in OCI but only has steps to do the same in IDCS. Does anyone know what to do here to create a trusted app and Oauth credentials
