Unable to delete Install Base records

Summary:

We've few records in Install Base, we want to delete those records but we couldn’t find any way to delete those records.

We've tried to delete the existing records through REST apis but we got error message "The Action 'Delete' is not enabled".

Roles: Maintenance Technician role, Maintenance Manager and Asset Admin
