What are the implications of changing the General Ledger Account associated with a Bank Account?

In the Bank Reconciliation screen, unreconciled transactions are available for those postings into the first account but not the second (as expected).

We are considering changing the General Ledger Account associated with the Bank Account to the second account combination so those postings can be reconciled. What are the implications, if any, for the reconciliation process if we do this?
