Is it possible to have the approval based on the Roles for Talent Profile

We have a requirement where we need to trigger the Talent Profile approval based on the Roles.

When Employee add the Talent profile for himself approval should be Line Manager> AOR

When Line Manager add the Talent Profile for direct approval should be AOR only

When HR add the Talent Profile for the Employee auto approval should be there.
