Candidate is not appearing in applications of a job requisition

Hello all,

Can someone help me with the following?

When I click on "Applications" of a job requisition,

I am not able to see the candidate.

Do you know why is this happening? We used to see the candidates as it was supposed to, but probably after the environment was refreshed smth changed. Do you know if we have to run a specific batch? or what can be done to view the candidates again?
