Can the mapping of jobs/positions and locations be customized in Market Data?

I understand that one of the key components in using Oracle's Market Data feature is the mapping of internal jobs/positions to survey jobs/positions and internal locations to survey locations. I have a few questions about this:

1. From my research, internal location refers to the employee's location at assignment level. Would it be possible for the survey location to be mapped to the location of the Legal Entity instead? This is needed for certain employees who are on overseas assignments, but are still being paid by their local Legal Entities.
