Can an employee Globally Transferred to a new LE on his previous LE hire date?

Summary:

Can an employee be Globally Transferred to a new LE on his previous LE hire date instead of a Global transfer effective date?

Content (required):

We have a case to reimplement the same project within the same enterprise instance by creating a new LE.

So, we will transfer all employees to the new LE; however, the business owner does not accept the idea that all employees will have a new hire date in the new LE as of the Global Transfer Effective date. They need the Hire date on the new LE to be the same as it was in the old LE.

Howdy, Stranger!
