Hi Team,

We have 4 different divisions for our client and each of these 4 divisions have customers. Now, while sending dunning letters to the customers, we expect subject and body of email to be different for each division. However, I see that subject and email body is derived from Manage Messages under IEX_DEFAULT_EMAIL_SUBJECT and IEX_DEFAULT_EMAIL_MESG message names respectively.

I see this setup is global. Could you please let me know how can I set up subject & email body for dunning in specific for divisions?
