Need To Add Journal "Balance Type" in Budget Override Request Notification Subject line

Summary:

HI Team,

We have Requirement add Journal "Balance Type" in Budget Override Request Notification Subject line and this requirement is critical for the Business as Currently there are 2 Approvals were defined in the system for Journal Fund Failure Overrides.

Actual Journals to be Approved by one Person and Encumbrance Journals need to be Approved by another Person.

Hence we need to give Provision for the Approver to check the Subject Line and take action accordingly
