Not able to see Ledger values in Dropdown

Summary:

I am trying to Schedule the Process "Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report" with a User having a custom role. While trying to submit the process, it is not showing any values in the Ledger parameter. Is there any specific privilege needed for accessing the ledger LOV? please share your thoughts. Below are the the privileges available for the user

Submit Payment Exceptions Report

Submit Period Close Exceptions Report

Submit Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report

Please let us know the Privilege to be added to the custom role which will provide access to List of values for ledger Parameter.
