Candidate Profile to sync with Talent Profile after move to HR

Summary:

Hello,

During testing, we noticed that the external candidate profile complete with work experience, licenses and certifications, languages, education, etc., are not being copied to the Talent Profile after the candidate is moved to HR and is eventually hired as an employee. Is this expected behavior, or are we missing something here?
