Time Remaining incorrect when milestone status is paused

Summary:

Since 23C has been applied, we have noticed that the when the Service Request is placed in a Waiting status and the milestone is paused the time remaining display incorrectly. See attached example.

Wondering if anyone else has come across this, has any ideas if this is a bug or down to configuration? We have had an SR open for 3 weeks, without getting anywhere.

Example - SR is raised 06-Sept-2023, time remaining displays correctly as 6 days when the SR is in an In Progress Status. When the Status is changed to Pending (Waiting) and the milestone is paused, the time remaining incorrectly displays as 1 day. Move the SR back into an In Progress status and the time remaining displays correctly (6days).
