What are the benefits of using Evaluation Criteria for jobs and positions?

edited Sep 7, 2023 6:29PM in Human Capital Management 3 comments

Summary:

What are the benefits of using Evaluation Criteria for jobs and positions? How does it integrate with other objects or modules in the system (e.g. grades, salary, compensation)?

Content (required):

Howdy, Stranger!
