Loading Job Description for Job Requisition

Hi Experts!

We just had a requirement as to load the Job description for the corresponding Job requisitions that has been loaded. We thought it would populate automatically but understood that we have to load it separately. We tried providing the Job description in a text file and making it as ClobFiles then loading it. It worked but the format alignment is not what expected. Can anyone please advise on how to load this correctly as specified in Model Profiles.

Additionally, One more requirement Can we load the Flexfields belonging to different context under the same file.
