It is expected that interviewer receives only a meeting invite in the outlook calendar directly?
Summary:
It seems now the interviewer receives only a meeting invite in the calendar directly and no notification.
Normally the interviewer should receive also a an email & bell notification with the links to the resume, job post and calendar attachment. But that is no longer sent.

We are getting the invites directly in outlook calendar instead of notification coming.
