Error message to come up if employee submits DOR within 2 years

edited Sep 7, 2023 10:28AM in HCM Experience Design Studio: Autocomplete Rules 4 comments

Summary: We have a document record named mobile handset reimbursement. The business policy is that if an employee has claimed the reimbursement, she/he should not be allowed to submit the DOR again within 2 years. Only after 2 years employees are eligible to raise another request i.e. after 730 days.

We have a flex field with the name mobile handset reimbursement date last claimed. The field should auto populate the last claimed date and system should not allow the employee to submit the DOR if he/she is trying to submit the dor within 730 days. Only 730 days employees are allowed.

In the screenshot below: the last claimed date is 01/01/2023, so now if the employee tries to submit the DOR again, the system should throw an error.

Howdy, Stranger!
