Sending E mail A Report When New Content Produced

Hello Experts,

We have a contract report in the system. It is like an abstract of the sales order but in customers' format. We have a template and it changes up to each sales order.


Content (required):

Our requirement about this issue is sending the contract report to managers when a new sales order has been created. In BI instance, I tried to use the 'Schedule' area. But the functionality is sending e mail in some fixed periods. Is there any trait to send e mail when new sales order is created?
