Does anyone have Mobile Expenses App authenticating through AAD SSO?

Summary:

Does anyone have Mobile Expenses SSO working using AAD as identity provider? We have implemented Oracle Cloud Expenses 23C.

Content (required):

We have had successful SSO login via Oracle IDCS; we have SSO working SaaS -> AAD working through browser access to the UI; we also have this authentication working on the mobile device using browser.

However, we get a failure with error "AADSTS900561 The endpoint only accepts POST requests. Received a GET request."

Server-side error reports "mozilla-gecko not a supported browser" implying the App is using a mozilla user-agent?
