I am trying to create a template for Total compensation statement in Oracle compensation. while adding the welcome message, there is an insert field functionality which provides a placeholder for fetching up the compensation items already created.

I have created a compensation item earlier with source element entry. Profit sharing bonus - Information element , defined element elig criteria and input values as pay value etc. Also, attached this element manually to an employee. The value is correctly displayed while validating but this compensation item is not getting attached in welcome statement insert fields- infact the compensation items LOV is blank.
