Budget balance should be available for complete period range cumulatively

Requirement : Budget balance should be available for complete period range cumulatively (ex. Jun-Dec) .

Requirement:

Business have a budget of $150,000 to be spend until December 2023. So, we cannot divide 150k by number of months in this case. In one month they can spend a 100k and still remain under the budget amount. However, this budget amount will not be available in January 2024. How do we address this situation.

My possible option and question:

• We can define a single period with given raneg (Sep-Dec) and load balances. So that balance wil be available through the Start and End date of that period.
