My client requirement is to calculate the past experience and current organization experience. if any having the similar report, could you please share me the report please.

Previous years experience I am taking from profiles and current org experience I am taking from the per_seniority_dates_f table. I looking for a logic to get if person is having any gaps in between the past experience.
