How to update organization via api

Summary:

We are working on automating processes and have the requirement to update 'Organization' information which sits in the hr_organization_information_f table. I have trawled through the documentation and knowledge base to locate a suitable REST Endpoint but to no avail. I am looking for a REST Request to Update/Patch the ORG_INFORMATION fields. Could you please provide me with a suitable Endpoint to call from the automation. Thanks
