Summary:

Is there a possibility to automatically initiate a Change Salary transaction (Offcycle salary review) if an employee updates their home address and is working remotely?

Content (required):

We are looking at implementing Salary Differentials based on Compensation Zones. If an employee performs an address change, can we have an automation that looks for Compensation Zone change and initiate a Change Salary process that revises employee's current salary based on proposed compensation zone ranges?
