Why aren't my filter search criteria working? - REDWOOD

edited Sep 13, 2023 1:14AM in Career and Succession 6 comments

UPDATE:

We received a successful response to our issue in a SR.

The solution was to set the following parameter

ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_WORKERSLOV_ENABLED

Redwood documentation never mentions the parameter and its importance on those pages.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On all Redwood Talent Management pages, the search criteria Assignment Status, Manager Type, and Worker Type do not display search options.

On the Redwood Talent Management pages:

Talent Ratings

ORA_HRT_TRANSACTIONAL_REDWOOD_ENABLED

Redwood Experience for Succession Management

Create Succession Plan

Add (Person) to Succession Plan

Redwood Experience for Talent Pools

Create Talent Pool

Add (Person) to Talent Pool

(Reports from managers have never been displayed when using these filters). Is this issue unique to us, or is it a general issue?

Howdy, Stranger!
