Alias tables in Smartview

How are these created / where are they coming from? Can additional Alias Tables be created?

In SmartView (Essbase) when switching between Alias Tables there are a lot of options. Are these all created by default? Can additional alias tables be added/used/maintained?

Our team has primarily been using the None and Default tables but curious as to what the other ones are and how much control we have over this list.
