Is it possible to authenticate FA user in VBCS but then use anonymous user to access OIC services

We have built a VBCS application and will embed it to FA HCM. FA and VBCS are on the same IDCS stripe, and the user is authenticated via SSO credentials.

However, we are invoking several custom OIC endpoints from VBCS and only OIC users are able to have success with this functionality.

How can we setup the OIC endpoints to be invoked using an anonymous user or service account?
