JOB REQUISITION APPROVAL USING REQUISITION DEPARTMENT

Is it possible to have an approver based on job requisition department? I tried to use the AOR-based rule but it does not meet the requirement because there are only two representative available which are the hiring manager and the recruiter's representative only? Would it be possible to have a job requisition department's representative?
