Export Questions and its responses using TCC - Requisition specific.

Summary:

As part of business need, we are trying to export the prescreening question using TCC export script. However we came across limitation where export gives unwanted rows where candidate did not even answered within specific requisition.  For example we noticed that even though the requisition consists of only 9 questions (9 prescreening questions), TCC is extracting the questions and answers which are not even created at the requisition level or answered by the candidate. It is pulling questions and answers for all Requisitions.  Can we have solution or workaround in place within the taleo dictionary to export the data where candidate has
