Hi Team,

In our client business, Field Resources are flowing from one system and their skills are flowing from another system. So when a new resource is onboarded, it will take about a week for the skill details to flow to OFS. Until that time the resource will have no skills and no jobs should be assigned to them. But as the OFS system considers a resource with no skill assigned to have all the skills and as the resource qualifies all other routing requirements, jobs get assigned to them. Is there a way we can control this? As in override
