Redwood -HR Helpdesk - Prevent an External Contact from creating a request
Is it possible to prevent external contacts from creating a request when they email the mailbox where requests are created from.
For example: Employee A sends an email from an external email address to the [email protected] mailbox which in turn creates a heldesk request.
Is there a profile option to ensure that the request is not created. Employee A's external email address is not on the system.
Currently a request is raised when anyone emails the mailbox which creates requests.
